By submitting your cleaning tip to Channel 4 you hereby give Channel 4 all necessary consents and grant Channel 4 a non-exclusive licence to publish, copy, make available, edit and otherwise use your cleaning tip in all media now known or hereafter invented throughout the world in perpetuity without further liability or conditions.
By submitting a cleaning tip you warrant that:
a) the text making up your cleaning tip is original to you and you have not copied it from someone else;
b) your cleaning tip will not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights or contain any defamatory, libellous, obscene or offensive material or constitute a breach of confidentiality or privacy or otherwise breach any laws or regulations;
c) your cleaning tip is (to the best of your knowledge) safe to use and will not damage property or cause injury to any person.
You agree to indemnify Channel 4 against all claims, losses, damages and costs arising from any claim against Channel 4 in relation to breach of the warranties given by you in relation to your cleaning tip set out above.
