Not a tip, but a question. I've been using a
polish on my furniture which has made the surfaces sticky, and I've tried all sorts of stuff to wash it off (soapy water made with washing - up liquid, washing powder) all to no avail. Can anyone help me ? I'm afraid to use meths as has been suggested for fear of ruining the finish permanently.
