A question - I have a solid oak table and a guest recently placed a hot cup of tea on the table without a coaster, this has left a pale ring mark on the table which I need to remove. Does anyone know how to do this without discolouring or damaging the table?

Not a tip but a question!! Whats the best way to get the grease mark off oven shelves?? is there anything I can soak them in??
