Instead of using a feather duster which will just move dust around your room, fill a bowl with hot water and add a few drops of your favourite essential oil (I recommend lemon and lavender). Then soak a clean rag in the bowl, wring out and use to pick up dust. You'll enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy while giving your house a great smell and an eco friendly clean!

To keep sink clean, after wshing up, I sprinkly surface with bicarbonate of soda and spritz with vinegar I keep in a spray bottle. I use my (clean) dish rag to scrub the surface, then rinse with hot water. Follow up with hydrogen peroxide and you increase the antibacterial punch and reduce water spots. This is environmentally friendly and works better than any commercial cleaners!

Vinegar is a great cleanser. It kills around 90% of germs, 90% of viruses and 80% of mold. It is also friendly for the environment. If you hate the smell neutralize it with bicarbonate of soda">soda. Remember that the percentages is not completely accurate.
