Cleaning the toilet. I slip a few denture tablets in the toilet daily then just a swoosh of the brush and it is easier for the weekly scrub.

Not a tip but a question. My son loves to eat cherry tomatos but when he bites them they squirt seeds and the like on the cell blind next to the kitchen table. I tried K2R spot lifter which did noting to take the tomato stain out but did make each spot's surrounding area whiter. Now it looks even worse! Will the fizzy denture cleanser idea work for a cell blind? Love your show! Bought your book too...

The best cleaning brush I've ever used was a denture brush with a plastic pick on the handle. They're heavy duty enough to handle tough stains (especially when used with baking soda-bicarbonate for those not used to us Americans- water and dish soap), but gental enough not to scratch anything. The pick can get into the hard to reach places.

To clean tea stained mugs drop a denture cleaning tablet in each cup and fill with warm water. Leave a few minutes and rinse - they gleam and it costs pennies!

Put a denture tablet down the loo at night and flush in the morning= lovely clean loo!
