In response to Dannii Lamb's mould problem... You can remove the mould using a strong bleach solution, and you can get a fungicidal additive for paint from most builder's merchants, just mix it with your paint and redecorate... The condensation occurs because there's not enough air circulation in the room, consider leaving the window open just a touch whenever you're at home... Hope this helps

not a tip a question, my house gets very bad condensation on windows and walls and i now have a huge mold problem in the bedroom where myself, my husband and my two babies sleep. im really stuck, ive got on to the council to help and they tell me that it is not an emergency or a problem!!! please help xx

Mirror steamed up when you've just had a shower? Leave a small hand-mirror soaking in hot water in the sink. Then when you get out of the shower you'll have a condensation-free mirror to shave with.
