mould problem... You can remove the
mould using a strong bleach solution, and you can get a fungicidal additive for paint from most builder's merchants, just mix it with your paint and redecorate... The condensation occurs because there's not enough air
circulation in the room, consider leaving the window open just a touch whenever you're at home... Hope this helps
