To kill mildew & mold off of blinds. I know it a hated thing to do b/c of what this does to you so wear goggles & mask. Also wear glove. use warm water in a tub & pour some bleach in it and soak the blinds in it have a brush for clean or a soft cloth.

I've successfully cleaned vinyl blinds by taking them to the self-serve car wash. They come out spotless and many blinds can be done in one convenient trip. Take a plastic garbage bag along to keep the remaining water from damaging your auto's upholstery. I've also done this with a carpet runner that was heavily soiled and would not fit into my laundry machine. Be sure to take care, though. The high pressure soap and water can damage the blinds if the hose is held too close.

To disguise stains, dust and splashes on Venetian blinds, why not rotate them for a temporary measure.

Try using dryer sheets from your tumble dryer to clean away dust from blinds. It creates a protective layer as well making future cleaning easier as well.
